This policy describes what Webinar University (operated by Blue Ocean Water, Inc) collects and how it is used.

What we collect

Account and enrollment data. When you create an account or enroll in a course, we collect your name, email address, and course progress so the site can deliver your training and remember where you left off.

Contact form messages. When you write to us, we receive the name, email, and message you provide, and use them only to respond.

Payment data. Paid enrollments are processed by our payment provider (for example, Stripe). Card details go to the provider directly — we never see or store them.

Cookies. The site uses cookies required for login sessions and course progress. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

What we don’t do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to run this site (hosting, email delivery, payments), and only for that purpose.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through the contact page.
